Before You Book

Getting started

Do I need to know which treatment I want?

No, and most people do not. Come in describing the problem — acne marks that will not fade, hair falling more than it used to, skin that looks tired — and we will tell you what would actually work for it, how many sessions it takes, and what it will not fix.

What happens at a consultation?

We look at your skin or scalp properly, ask about your history, medication and what you have already tried, and then set out the options with realistic expectations. Some treatments can be started the same day. Others need blood tests or a settling period first.

Who will be treating me?

Injectable treatments, PRP and GFC therapy and hair transplant surgery are performed by Dr. Khushal Gangwani, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Facials, peels, Hydrafacials and laser protocols are led by Madhavi Gangwani, an aesthetic therapist. Both are the clinic’s founders.

How do I book?

Call or WhatsApp +91 98239 00884, or fill in the form on any page and we will call you back to confirm a time.

What are your timings?

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Sundays are closed except for pre-booked appointments.

Where are you?

Flat No. 8, First Floor, Sukh Shanti Building, above Dhanani Jewellers, JVPD Scheme, Juhu, N S Road Number 8, Vile Parle West, Mumbai 400049. The address sits between Juhu and Vile Parle West, so either name will get you to us.

Why are prices not on the website?

Because the honest answer depends on what you need. The number of sessions, the area being treated and the product used all change the cost, and quoting a figure before seeing you would be guesswork. You will be told the full cost at the consultation, before anything is booked.

Treatments

Results and sessions

How many sessions will I need?

It depends entirely on the treatment and the concern. A Hydrafacial gives a result in one session. Laser hair reduction usually needs eight to ten sittings to begin with. Acne scarring, pigmentation and hair loss are all treated as courses over months. We give you a number at the consultation rather than session by session.

How soon will I see results?

Facials and peels show something immediately. Botox starts at four days and completes at fourteen. Collagen-based treatments such as HIFU, MNRF and PRP build over weeks to months, because they depend on your body producing new collagen. Anything promising a permanent change in a week is overselling.

Is there any downtime?

It varies. Hydrafacials, medi-facials and light peels have effectively none. Botox and fillers have swelling or bruising for a few days. MNRF and PRP leave redness for up to five days. Strong peels peel visibly. Each treatment page says what to expect, and we will tell you before you book so you can plan around events.

Are these treatments safe for Indian skin?

Yes, with the right choice and settings, which is the part that matters. Darker skin pigments more readily in response to inflammation, so we often start gentler and build up, patch test before laser, and insist on sunscreen afterwards. That caution is deliberate.

Can I have treatments if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Some, but many are postponed — injectables, most lasers, strong peels and IV drips among them. Tell us at the consultation and we will say what is safe to do now and what is better to wait for.

Will you tell me if a treatment is not right for me?

Yes. It happens regularly — a mole that should be examined rather than removed, hair loss that needs blood tests first, a face that would not benefit from filler, laser on hair too fine to respond. We would rather lose a booking than take money for something that cannot work.

Do you use branded products?

Yes. Technology is US-FDA approved and injectables are branded hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin products. You are welcome to ask exactly what is being used on you and to see it opened.

Practical

On the day and afterwards

How should I prepare?

Arrive with clean skin if you can, and bring any recent blood reports for hair or IV treatments. For laser, stop waxing, threading and bleaching two weeks beforehand; shaving is fine. For peels and facials, pause retinol and acids for a couple of days. Eat before an IV drip.

Will I get aftercare instructions?

Yes. Every treatment that needs them comes with written instructions, and the recovery creams or medication where they apply. The instructions matter as much as the treatment for pigmentation-prone skin.

What if something does not look right afterwards?

Call the clinic. Spreading redness, blistering, pus, fever or pain that is getting worse rather than better are all reasons to call rather than wait for your next appointment.

Can I come in before a wedding or a shoot?

Yes, if you plan it. Book a facial three to five days ahead, Botox at least three weeks, fillers four to six weeks, and anything that peels or leaves redness at least two weeks. The one thing not to do is book a first-time treatment the day before.

Do you treat men?

Yes. Laser hair reduction for chest, back and beard shaping, hair loss treatment and transplant surgery, Botox and clinical facials are all commonly booked by male clients.

Are consultations private?

Yes. Treatments are carried out in private treatment rooms, and bikini laser is done by a female therapist. Photographs are only taken with your consent.
