These terms govern your use of the MK Aesthetics website and the treatments and services provided at our clinic in Juhu, Mumbai. Please read them before booking an appointment.

1. About us

MK Aesthetics is a skin and aesthetic clinic operated by Dr. Khushal Gangwani and Madhavi Gangwani at Flat No. 8, First Floor, Sukh Shanti Building, Above Dhanani Jewellers, JVPD Scheme, Juhu, N S Road Number 8, Vile Parle West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400049. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “the clinic” refer to MK Aesthetics.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment or receiving treatment at the clinic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website or book with us.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies.

3. Website content is not medical advice

The information on this website — including treatment descriptions, expected timelines, aftercare notes and blog articles — is provided for general education only. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for a consultation with a qualified medical professional.

No doctor–patient relationship is created by reading this website, submitting a form, or exchanging messages with us. That relationship begins only after an in-person consultation at the clinic.

If you have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or the nearest hospital immediately. Do not rely on this website or wait for a reply from us.

4. Consultation and suitability

Every treatment at MK Aesthetics begins with a consultation. During that consultation we will assess your skin, hair or concern, review your medical history, and tell you honestly whether the treatment you are asking about is likely to help.

You are responsible for giving us complete and accurate information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, previous treatments, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Withholding relevant information can make a treatment unsafe, and we cannot be held responsible for outcomes that result from information we were not given.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone any treatment where we judge it to be unsuitable, unsafe, or unlikely to achieve a reasonable result. Declining a treatment is a clinical decision, not a commercial one.

5. Results and expectations

Aesthetic and dermatological results vary from person to person. Outcomes depend on your skin type, hair type, age, hormones, medical history, lifestyle, how closely you follow aftercare, and how many sessions you complete.

• Session counts and timelines quoted on this website or during consultation are estimates based on typical cases, not guarantees.
• Before-and-after images shown anywhere on this site or our social media are of real clients who consented to their use. They illustrate what is possible; they do not predict your result.
• Some treatments require maintenance to sustain the effect. We will tell you when that applies.
• Laser hair reduction reduces hair. It is not permanent hair removal, and complete hair-free results cannot be promised.

We do not guarantee any specific result from any treatment, and payment for a treatment or package is payment for the procedure being performed competently, not for a particular outcome.

6. Appointments, rescheduling and cancellations

• An enquiry submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only when we contact you and agree a time.
• Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, so the slot can be offered to someone else.
• Arriving significantly late may mean your treatment has to be shortened or rescheduled, as later appointments cannot be delayed.
• We will do our best to keep to your appointment time. Occasionally a clinical situation causes delay, and we appreciate your understanding.

7. Payments and packages

Charges are explained to you during consultation, before any treatment begins. Prices are not published on this website because the appropriate treatment, number of sessions and area covered differ for every client.

• Payment is due at the time of treatment unless agreed otherwise.
• Multi-session packages are priced as a course and are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
• Packages are non-transferable unless we agree in writing.
• Where a package is discontinued partway through for medical reasons, any refund is at our discretion and calculated on sessions already delivered at single-session rates.
• Consultation fees, where charged, are for the clinical assessment and are not refundable if you choose not to proceed.

8. Aftercare is your responsibility

Most treatments at MK Aesthetics depend heavily on what you do in the days afterwards. We provide written aftercare instructions for every procedure, and they are summarised on the relevant treatment page of this website.

Sun protection, avoiding certain products, and not picking or peeling treated skin are not optional suggestions — they materially affect your result and your safety. Where a poor outcome follows from aftercare instructions not being followed, we cannot accept responsibility for it. If anything unusual happens after a treatment, contact the clinic rather than waiting.

9. Clinical photography

We may take clinical photographs for medical records and to track your progress between sessions. These remain part of your confidential file.

Photographs are used for marketing, social media, advertising or teaching only with your explicit, separate consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using the images going forward, although we cannot recall material already published or shared by others. 10. Website use and intellectual property

The text, images, layout, design and code of this website belong to MK Aesthetics or are used under licence. You may read, share and link to our pages. You may not copy, republish, scrape or reuse our content commercially without written permission.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, interfere with its operation, submit false information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited or malicious content.

11. Third-party links and services

This website links to external services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and our social media profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of earnings or opportunity, or for outcomes arising from information you withheld, aftercare you did not follow, or treatment you received elsewhere.

We make no warranty that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete and current at all times.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them, from your use of this website, or from treatment received at the clinic is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
